An investigation of factors impacting visitors to a botanic park: Factor analysis of push and pull framework

The paper focuses on investigating factors impacting visitors’ loyal behaviour and factor analysis of push pull motivations to a botanic park. To do so, the research is divided into two phases that are qualitative quantitative. In phase, in-depth interviews used gather initial insights quantitative survey taken collect data then carried out group similar variables together for identification different market segments. 
 Survey gathered from sample size 228 individuals analyzed in SPSS. phase validated insights/concepts deriving phase. As result, results show total 09 have been combined 02 (family/fun thrill-seeking) 12 03 (nature/resources, facilities/services, place/accessibility). By grouping these together, it helps support park managers enhancing improving park’s motives, features, facilities way satisfies visitors most.
